The first-ever female Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, on Friday, 25th July 2025, commenced a three-day visit to her beloved home region to engage meaningfully with chiefs (Nananom) and other key stakeholders, and to join Nananom in climaxing the 2025 PANAFEST Festival.
Ghana’s humble, respected, respectful, intelligent, dedicated, affable, and always down-to-earth Vice President, Prof. Maame Obaatanpa Jane, was warmly received upon arrival in the region by the Central Regional Minister, Hon. Ekow Okyere Panyin Eduamoah, who, as tradition demands, led her to Emintsimadze—the palace of the Paramount Chief (Omanhen) of the Oguaa Traditional Area, His Majesty Osabarimba Kwesi Atta II, his subchiefs, and elders—to pay homage and show reverence to the custodians of the land.
The three-day working visit began today, Friday, 25th July, and will end on Sunday, 27th July 2025.

She will Deliver an address at the PANAFEST Grand Durbar at 11:00 a.m.
Day 3: Sunday, 27th July 2025
Courtesy call on the Omanhen (Paramount Chief) of the Komenda Traditional Area at 1:00 p.m.
